You can tell if your WVC54GC is RoHs compliant by looking at the version number.  
If it is 1.0 it is Non-RoHS.  If it is v1.1 it is RoHs compliant.  Please use the appropriate firmware image for your version.

Firmware Upgrade instructions:
- Download the zip file and extract the firmware file to your local PC. Make sure to remember it's location.
- Go to the WebUI of the camera (default IP: 192.168.1.115)
- Click "Setup" and login as administrator (default user name: admin / default password: admin)
- Click "Administrator" tab.  Then click "Upgrade Firmware" Button
- Browse to the firmware file you downloaded and click "Start Upgrade"
- Wait until the whole procedure is complete. Do not interrupt process!
