- Connection to the device is not established
- The range extender is wirelessly connected to your network but it’s not detecting the internet connection from your network
Perform the following steps below if you are having problems accessing the Linksys wireless range extenders’ web-based setup page:
1. Check if your computer is connected to the range extender's Wi-Fi®
Once connected, access the range extender’s web-based setup page. For instructions, click here. If you are using Linksys RE7000, click here. If you are using Linksys RE6250 or Linksys RE6350, click here.
2. Check the indicator light of the range extender

After restoring the device to its factory default settings, you may now try accessing the range extender’s web-based setup page. To learn how to do this, click here. If you are using RE7000, click here. If you are using RE6250 or RE6350, click here.
NOTE: If a dialog box asking for a username and password appears, leave the User name blank and enter “admin” in the Password field. For some range extenders you can use admin for both Username and Password
