Light behavior of the Linksys 5G Mobile Hotspot

The Linksys 5G Mobile Hotspot has indicator lights for the battery level, signal strength, Wi-Fi Protected Setup™ (WPS) and Wi-Fi status.  The tables below show the corresponding activities and descriptions of the lights on the mobile hotspot.

Power ON
 
Press and hold the Power button for more than 2 seconds.

When the battery and Wi-Fi lights are blinking white, and the 5G/LTE light is blinking blue, these indicate normal booting.
 

Power OFF
 
Press and hold the Power button for more than 2 seconds but not longer than 6 seconds.

When the battery and Wi-Fi lights are blinking orange, and the 5G/LTE light is blinking green, these indicate a booting error.

Troubleshooting

Blinking blue and green

The second light will blink blue and the bottom light will blink green alternatively (not at the same time).

Failed connection / Number registration
The top light will blink blue and the bottom light will blink green.

Restart the device

Press and hold the Power button for more than 8 seconds.
The mobile hotspot will turn OFF and turn back ON automatically while the button is pressed.

Factory resetPress and hold the Power button and the WPS button at the same time for more than 2 seconds.

NOTE:  Once the Wi-Fi light is solid white again and the default SSID is broadcasting, your mobile hotspot is now back to its default settings and is ready for setup.
