List of compatible USB External Hard Drives for Linksys routers

The File Allocation Table (FAT), New Technology File System (NTFS), and Hierarchical File System+ (HFS+) are some of the formats that your Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Routers and Linksys Wi-Fi Routers support.  To prevent configuration issues with your USB storage device, make sure to check its format before setting it up with your Linksys router.  Your router may not detect the storage device that has an unsupported format.

NOTE:  There is no device installation required since USB storage drives are plug-and-play devices.  It should be automatically detected once connected to the USB port on the router.
