3. What should I do when my computer cannot connect to the internet while connected to the switch?

Follow the steps provided below to resolve this issue:
  • Verify if the lights are properly lit on the switch. 
a. System light (Blue) - Lights up solid blue when the switch is ON.
b. Link / Act (Green) - Each lights up when a connection is detected.  It flashes when the corresponding port is active.
  • Power OFF all devices and power ON the switch first.  Then, power ON the computer.
4. What is the advantage of having a gigabit switch when it comes to data transfer?
