- How to restart your Velop network using the Linksys app
Restarting your Velop is far less disruptive than a factory reset because all settings are maintained. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how restart your Velop using the Linksys app.
NOTE: For instructions on how to reset your Velop to its factory defaults, click here instead.
Log in to the Linksys app and access your Velop dashboard. For instructions when using an iOS device, click here. If you're using Android™, click here.
Tap the menu icon on the upper left portion of the screen.
For iOS, tap Network Administration. For Android, tap Velop Administration.
On the Velop Administration page, scroll to the bottom and tap on Restart Velop.
Tap on Restart.
You have now restarted your Velop system. Your devices will disconnect from the Velop, but they will reconnect automatically once the node is ready and the devices have found the network.
