Connecting the WPC300N to a WPA-enabled wireless network

Before attempting to connect your Wireless-N PC adapter, WPC300N to the wireless network, ensure to have your wireless settings ready.  If you do not know your wireless settings, click here for instructions.

Click on the options below to start the process of connecting your device:

Connect using the Linksys WLAN Monitor
Saving your wireless settings to a Profile
 
Connect using the Linksys WLAN Monitor

Step 1:
Run the Linksys Wireless Network Monitor by double-clicking the   icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen.  If you don’t see the Wireless Network Monitor icon, click here.

Step 2:
Click the Site Survey and select the name of your wireless network SSID and click Connect.


Step 3:
Enter your WPA key in the Passphrase field and click Connect.

Saving your wireless settings to a Profile
 
Step 1:
After getting a connection, the Wireless Network Monitor will bring you to Link Information.  Click More Information.

Step 2:
Click the Save to Profile button to save all your wireless settings to a profile.
