The Linksys app is a free application which allows you to configure your Linksys Smart Wi-Fi routers and Velop system settings locally or remotely over the internet. You can also associate multiple devices with a single Linksys server account.
Why do you need it?
If you have separate networks at home and in your workplace and you want to manage both from wherever you are, you can switch between devices to modify settings using your Linksys server account.
This article will provide you instructions on how to manage multiple devices using the Linksys app.
IMPORTANT: Before you proceed, you need to install the Linksys app on your device. For Android™ devices, click here. For iOS devices, click here.
NOTE: Steps and images may vary depending on the operating system of your mobile device. In the examples below, iOS and Android™ devices are used.
Step 7:
Under the device name, you will find information about its connection. You may replace the device's icon by tapping Change Icon.
Step 8:
Tap the arrow beside Device Prioritization or Parental Controls to modify its settings.
Step 9:
Tap Save to save the changes you made.
NOTE: If you want to switch to another device, go back to Connected Devices and tap another device from the list.

Step 3:
You will be prompted to log in using your Linksys server account. Enter the necessary credentials and tap Log in.
NOTE: You can also choose to log in using Router Password on iOS or Use Admin Password on Android.

On the Dashboard, tap the Menu

Step 6:
A list of associated routers or nodes with your Linksys server account will be displayed under Connected Devices. Devices that are connected will show a Wi-Fi or ethernet icon beside it. Tap any connected device.
