Enabling the Fast Roaming (802.11r) feature of your Linksys LAPAC2600 access point

The access point’s Fast Roaming (802.11r) mechanism minimizes the delay when a voice client transitions from one Basic Service Set (BSS) to another within the same Extended Service Set (ESS).  This feature is only operational if the wireless client supports the 802.11r standard.
