Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shipped what I did not want I told the CSR exactly what I did I NOT want, which was on of your units that I had just returned to a store. So he then proceeded to ship me the exact same unit which I already knew did not do what I needed it to do. Will return this and see if a more knowledgeable staff person can be found, maybe one whose native language is English and will not talk over me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy instillation and worked like a charm The onboard wireless adapter in my wife's computer would not allow her to obtain the bandwidth we were paying for. Disabling it, and changing to this USB adapter was not only easy, it allowed her to obtain the additional bandwidth.
