The Devices section on your Linksys app gives you information on the devices connected to your network. This article will provide an overview of this section on the Linksys app for Velop.

Step 1:
Log in to the Velop Dashboard. For instructions when using an Android™ device, click here. If you're using an iOS device, click here.

Tap on the menu icon at the upper left side of the screen.
Step 3:
Tap Devices.
Step 4:
You will then be taken to the Devices section. This screen shows how many devices are currently in your network (Connected Devices, Connected Guest Devices, and Offline Devices).

Icon description
Below are the descriptions for each icon seen on the Devices section:






- Change Icon – Tap on the device icon to change it.
- Change a device name – Tap the name of the device to change it. In the example above, iPhone is the name of the device.
- Wi-Fi name – Displays the Wi-Fi name and radio band that the client is connected to. In the example above, Purple Network (5GHz) is the name of the Wi-Fi.
- Node name – Underneath the Wi-Fi name, you will see the name of the node that it’s connected to. In the example above, Linksys0040 is the name of the node. To change the name of your node/s, go to the Network Administration screen.
- Device Prioritization – Displays whether Device Prioritization is Off or On for this device. For more information, click here.
- Parental Controls – Displays if Parental Controls is Off or On for this device. For more information, click here.
- Wi-Fi – Displays the IP Address and MAC Address of the device. You can also tap Reserve DHCP to reserve an IP address (e.g., to be used for Port Forwarding).
- Device Details – Displays the Manufacturer, Model, and Operating System of the device.
