Accessing the PrintServer's Web-based Setup Page.

PrintServers have a built-in web-based setup page that allows you to customize settings and set up advanced properties.

NOTE:  Before accessing your PrintServer’s web-based setup page, make sure that you have properly set up the PrintServer to connect to your network.  For instructions, click here.

Determining the PrintServer’s IP Address

To determine your PrintServer’s IP Address, you will need to print a test page.  To do this:

Step 1:
Press and hold the Reset button of the PrintServer for three seconds and then release it.  This will automatically send a diagnostic test page to the printer connected.  If you’re having difficulties printing a diagnostic test page, click here.

Step 2:
Look for the IP address on the printed test page.  If you are using a Linksys router with a default IP address of 192.168.1.1, the PrintServer should be getting an IP range of 192.168.1.x as well indicating that it is properly obtaining an IP address from the network.

NOTE:  You can also double-click the PrintServer Utility  icon.  The IP address of the PrintServer will be displayed on the PrintServer Information screen.
