How to set up Virtual Servers on the Linksys E9450

The Linksys E9450 WiFi 6 Router is a Dual-Band router with 802.11ax standard that delivers extremely fast speed of up to 5.4 Gbps.  It also features the next generation WPA3™ WiFi security providing more robust password-based authentication.

Virtual Server allows you to direct incoming traffic from WAN side identified by Protocol and External port to the Internal server with private IP address on the LAN side.  The Internal port is required only if the external port needs to be converted to a different port number used by the server on the LAN side.  A maximum of 32 entries can be configured.

Follow the steps below to learn how to set up Virtual Servers on the Linksys E9450.

IMPORTANT: 
This article is for Linksys E9450-AH, E9450-CN, E9450-JP, and E9450-KR.   Before you begin, make sure that your router has been set up.  For instructions, click here.
 
Step 1:
Access the router's web interface.  To learn how, click here.

Step 2:
Go to the Advanced Setup tab.

Step 3:
On the left side of the screen, go to NAT > Virtual Servers.

Step 4:
Click Add to begin configuration.

Step 5:
Adjust the settings according to your preference then click Apply/Save once you're done.

Step 6:
Once your settings are saved, you will see a list of the virtual servers that you have configured. 

If you want to add another Virtual Server, click Add and repeat
Step 5.  If you wish to remove a Virtual Server, click on the checkbox then click Remove.

You should now have successfully set up Virtual Servers.
