•    Has a built-in 4-port full-duplex Gigabit Switch to connect your wired devices together.

•    The router function ties it all together and lets your whole network share a high-speed cable or DSL Internet connection.

•    Has a built-in Storage Link that lets you easily add gigabytes of storage space onto your network using readily available USB 2.0 hard drives—or plug in a USB flash disk for a convenient way to access your portable data files.

2. What default IP address, username and password are used to login to the WRT600N web-based setup page?

The default IP address of the WRT600N is 192.168.1.1.  When logging in to the router’s web-based setup page, the username is left blank and the password is “admin”.

3. What are the different ports available on the WRT600N?

•    POWER (Orange/Green) - The POWER LED is Orange when it is booting up and will turn Green when the router is completely powered ON.

•    ETHERNET 1, 2, 3, 4 (Green/Orange) - These numbered LEDs serve three purposes: (1) The green LED lights up when the router is connected to a device through the corresponding port at 10/100, (2) The orange LED lights up when you are connected at 1000 Mbps (1 Gigabit), and (3) If the LED is flashing, then the router is sending or receiving data over that port.

INTERNET (Green/Orange) - The INTERNET LED is green when there is a 10/100 Mbps connection through the Internet port.  The LED lights up orange when there is a 1000 Mbps connection through the Internet port.
