Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work with smart tv No where on the box or in the specs does it say it does not work with smart tv’s. I called tech support and on the phone with a lady for thirty minutes and she says sorry we can not help you. So I purchased a three pack for the house that works great but useless when my daughter wants to watch Disney plus or Netflix. Waste of money

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tech support worth it! Great Tech support during a complicated set-up because of my modem not because of the Linksys routers. The modem problem was identified and after it was corrected, the rest of the set up was flawless. As far as performance- so far so good!

How much monthly bill

Asked by: Lashunda
Hi! Please know that we do not provide internet service and that our routers are dependent on the modem and will not broadcast an internet connection unless connected to an active internet source. We suggest subscribing first to an Internet Service Provider in your region.

can a node wired light be red and still be connected to node 1 and have internet?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi, Scott melton. A solid red light status on the node signifies that the node is offline. Try to power cycle the Velop node to refresh the system. Anyhow, feel free to send us an email at so we can check this further.

*Specifications are subject to change without notice. Maximum performance derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Actual performance may vary, including lower wireless network capacity, data throughput rate, range, and coverage. Range specifications are based on performance test results under normal use case conditions. Actual data throughput and range depend upon many factors, conditions and variables, including building materials and construction, volume of network traffic, mix of wireless products used, interference, wireless obstructions and other adverse conditions. Actual data throughput will be lower than specified and may depend on mix of wireless products used, your wireless device’s WiFi standard, and external factors. Wireless coverage claims are used only as reference and are not guaranteed, as each wireless network is unique.

An active, customer-purchased internet service provider broadband account is required for connection of this router and other connected computers and devices to the internet. The number of connected devices is based on lab test results. Some devices may require additional wireless adapters that match this product’s maximum WiFi standard or an Ethernet cable to connect to this router.
