Encountering Bad Audio Quality when Using the Cordless Internet Telephony Kit

Bad audio quality from the CIT200 can be attributed to signal interference caused by nearby electrical appliances such as microwave ovens and cordless phones or the Base Station is installed in a room with thick walls. If this is the case, move the computer to a different location. It can also be that the handset may be too far from the base unit. If so, move the Handset closer to the Base Station.

NOTE: If you experience any difficulties such as failing to register with PC or any other difficulties, please be advice to upgrade your firmware and download the new driver for your CIT200. For instructions on how to download and upgrade your driver and firmware, click here.
