Checking your Linksys Aware subscription

1. To check your current subscription, you must be logged in to the Linksys app with your email address and password. On the dashboard screen, tap the menu icon and go to Account

2. Tap Linksys Aware. On the Linksys Aware Subscription page, you can check the following information:

 
  • Current Subscription Status
  • Subscription Type
  • Payment Method type (iTunes® or Google Play™)
  • Where to Manage Subscription

Managing your Linksys Aware subscription

You can manage your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, depending on your device.

1. On your Linksys app, tap the menu icon and go to Account then tap Linksys Aware.

2. Tap Manage Subscription to get directed to your iTunes or Google™ account. To update your payment method or cancel your subscription before the trial ends, use iTunes or Google Play.
