The Backup and Restore feature of your Linksys Cloud Account allows you to save your current router configuration settings and to retrieve a previously-backed up configuration.
Why is performing a backup and restore process important?
In cases when you need to reset the router to factory default settings, you will be able to restore your previous configuration using the backup configuration file after resetting. This will save you time by not going through the process of reconfiguring the router manually.
NOTE: These options are only available if you are locally connected to your home router.
