TROUBLESHOOTING

What do I do if the wireless security setting does not remain selected?If the settings on the router do not remain set, this may be caused by a firmware glitch. To resolve this issue, upgrade the firmware of the router, reset it to factory defaults then reconfigure.
What do I do if I experience a dropping internet connection?If you experience dropping internet connection on the devices connected to your router, do a power cycle. If that does not resolve the issue, then connect your computer directly to the modem and observe. Call your ISP if the problem persists.
