Configuring the DNS Settings of your Velop network

The Linksys Velop Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System modular system outperforms traditional routers and range extenders giving you 100% seamless wireless connection.

Domain Name System (DNS) is an internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses. This article will help you configure the DNS Settings of your Velop network.


Directions

Step 1:

Log in to the Velop Dashboard. If you're using Android™, click here for instructions. For iOS users, click here.

Step 2:
Tap the menu icon at the upper left portion of the screen.

Step 3:
Go to Advanced Settings then tap Local Network Settings.

Step 4:
Scroll down to the bottom until you see DNS Settings.

Step 5:
Tap User-added image to configure the settings.

NOTE: By default, Auto is selected.


Step 6:
Select Manual and enter your DNS Settings.

Once done, tap Save.
