
The Linksys Velop Intelligent Mesh WiFi System has a Guest Access feature that allows you to share your internet connection to guests. With it, guests can go online but can’t see or access other connected devices and files in the network.
This article will give you a step-by-step guide on how to properly configure Guest Access for Velop.
Directions
Step 1:
Log in to the Linksys app dashboard. If you are using an iOS device, click here. If you are using an Android™ device, click here.
Step 2:
On the Dashboard, tap the menu
icon on the upper-left corner.
Step 3:
On your iOS device, tap Guest Network. On your Android device, tap Guest Access.

On your iOS device, tap Guest Network. On your Android device, tap Guest Access.

Step 4:
Toggle the switch to the ON position to enable Guest Access. Create your preferred Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi Password then tap Save.

IMPORTANT: For better security, it is highly recommended that you customize the Guest Wi-Fi name and password.
Step 5:
Tap
to share your settings. You can Copy or send it via text message or email.
