Step 1:
Open the web-based setup page of your LAPAC and select Captive Portal then click Local User from the drop-down navigation pane.

Click Add and set up a username and password accordingly. Then, create multiple accounts if necessary and click Save once done.

Now click Local Group under Captive Portal.
NOTE: One group can associate one (1) or multiple users.

Enter a Group Name if you have not created any group before then click Add.

Select the Group Name from drop-down list and assign the right user accordingly.

Click Portal Profiles.

Associate the Group to the Portal Profiles and make sure Authentication is set to Local.
