Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faster downloads I bought this online because of problems with downloads and connectivity. Installation went quickly with no problems. I also received the LINKSYS N900 wireless adapter free which I also installed with no problems. As a side note I am running Windows 10 and have noticed no difficulties.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not mount on the wall I assumed that this router would be set up for wall mounting as this gives best range and performance. All previous routers have had this capability. Specs apparently no longer state vertical mounting is available or built in as this unit did not. In past I have had to buy an adapter to do this but that was many years ago and none is available for this unit. Ended up retuning and getting one that I am told will mount on the wall. My entire system (phone, TV, intrrnet is centralized in a metal case mounted in a wall cut out (= structured wiring box). Placing a wireless router inside this box would undoubtedly reduce range et all of the router.... Since this unit was not installed I can not rate it..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Epic fail I really have nothing good to say about about the EA2750 router. I was replacing a 10 year old LinkSys WRT54G which served me well. Having upgraded my Internet service and cable modem, I felt it was time to move to a dual-band class N. The swap was painless and the new interface was easily mastered. That's where the pleasantries ended. The only systems that still functioned were Android phones and hard wired computers. The problem with the others seemed to be related to the range of the wi-fi. I could see my WRT54G two houses away. The EA2750 seemed to disappear as soon as I left the room. I attempted numerous resets of all devices, but nothing helped. I put the WRT54 back in place, and I'm returning the N600 unit. I purchased the EA2750.because it had great reviews. I think I'll live with the WRT54G for a while and try again later this year.

*Maximum performance derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Actual performance can vary, including lower wireless network capacity, data throughput rate, range and coverage. Performance depends on many factors, conditions and variables, including distance from the access point, volume of network traffic, building materials and construction, operating system used, mix of wireless products used, interference and other adverse conditions.
