Linksys EA6350 AC1200+ Smart Wi-Fi Router

SMOOTH VIDEO STREAMING AND SHARING WITH FAST CONNECTION SPEEDS

The AC1200+ features dual wireless bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with data speeds up to N300 Mbps + AC867 Mbps*, great for media-intense applications such as video streaming and online gaming.

Beamforming Technology

BEAMFORMING TECHNOLOGY HELPS ELIMINATE DEAD SPOTS

Beamforming focuses the Wi-Fi signal directly to your smartphones, tablets, and laptops instead of sending out a general transmission. Plus, two detachable external antennas help strengthen the signal. The result is a more efficient network with a wider range.

When your device doesn't have to work as hard to receive data, it means not only greater efficiency for you, but also a longer battery life for your connected devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy setup! I purchased online about two weeks ago to replace another Linksys router that we had had for nine years! The old one worked well but since we started having more devices using internet, I decided to upgrade. Very easy setup...simple instructions and easily connected to my devices. It has been working well, and we don't have the fastest DSL available, so I would recommend this model. We have five devices that run off this router, not usually at the same time, but sometimes TV streaming, phone web access, and a laptop may be operating at the same time. I have been very pleased with Linksys routers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Range Issues I brought this router about a month ago...I never really notice the range issue until I finally started sleeping in my main bedroom. My master is on the first floor and my router is on the second floor. House is about 2420 sq FT. The bedroom where the router is located is in a central area compared to where the MB is located. Once I'm in the MB my signal starts to fade in and out. If I'm in my living room I have great signal. Overall I'm not happy with this issue. You would think this router would be able to cover a house my size. If there is a fix to this please tell me. I'm debating if I should get an extender or not.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good router and recommend to buy i bought this two months ago. for this router on channel 2.4G sometime dropped to very low speed like down 2mbps up on 0.5mbps. same time switch to 5G then speed download 87.71mbps. upload 6.55mbps. i living in a small apartment, when i using at living room then i very strong signal, but i stay in a bedroom then dropped to two bar or one. that's about the wifi. for the Ethernet, i connected 6 devices tv,dvr, printer, pc, mac, and media player. speed very fast. i tried to download a 2gb movie only take few minutes. fastest speed on 9000k to 10000k, average speed on 1000k to 2000k. finally this router is good for newer model device, and recommend to friends.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Resticted features Overall the device was not bad. Had good signal, easy to set up etc. However many settings have been locked down to prevent novice or beginners from causing an error. The issue i experienced was that the dns server being broadcasted from my isp was having issues and would not resolve many addresses. The router would not allow me to assign a static dns while using a dynamic ip, it was either all or nothing. This seems to be by design for the the Smart WiFi. My options were to purchase business class internet to get a static ip, manually assign dns to every device in my home whenever connecting to my home wifi, or exchange for another router that has settings for moderate to advanced users. I ended up exchanging the router for another maker

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to set up, good range, solid connectivity This replaces an older Linksys router. The set up is incredibly easy. Even though I am experienced at setting up routers/networks, this was much appreciated! We run 2 laptops, a desktop computer, 2 tablets, 2 smart phones, a wireless printer, a network hard drive (NAS), and a Roku as well as guest iPads, etc. - all connected easily and share bandwidth well. I like having quick access through my smartphone with the Linksys app (Android). All in all a fine router for a family network. Gigabit Ethernet ports and the USB 3.0 port for network storage are features that all modern routers should have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great router I bought this in spring of 2014 to go with my new pc running Windows 8.1. I upgraded to Windows 10 in August. Easy setup and I have had no problems.with either operating system. Have 6 devices connected including smart phones, a Kindle, ipad and other media devices. Tv upstairs works great. Have had as many as 10 with no issues. As far as range, I haven't tried, All devices are within 50 ft. with walls in between.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst router ever! when I purchased this router it worked great for a day and it hasn't worked well since. I decided to contact linksys a few months back and my router was still under warranty so they sent a replacement router and I have been facing the same issue with this one too. I have to reboot the router everyday for it to work. my internet speed through my ISP is 100 Mbps and I get 20 Mbps through this router. I have contacted linksys a few times to troubleshoot this router and it fixes it for a few hours and then it's back to being useless. Do not buy this product, it is absolutely awful and doesn't work and is an absolute waste of money. I am never buying any linksys product ever again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst router in the history of Routers If you are looking for a router that constantly kicks you off your network, forces you to constantly reboot and doesn't allow you to join your own network then this is the router for you. Worried about the 130 bucks you spent? Have no fear, the sheer joy and calories you get from plugging and unplugging this router will have you in shape for the new year!

*The standard transmission rates—300 Mbps or 867 Mbps (for 5 GHz), 300 Mbps (for 2.4 GHz), 54 Mbps, and 11 Mbps—are the physical data rates. Actual data throughput will be lower and may depend on the mix of wireless products used.
**Up to 2.8x faster physical data rate when compared to 802.11n Wi-Fi routers using two antennas to transmit and receive data. Actual speeds will vary depending on a number of factors. In order to achieve the best performance, router must be used with a compatible AC867 wireless device.
