Configuring the DNS Settings of your Linksys Intelligent Mesh network

The Linksys Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System modular system outperforms traditional routers and range extenders giving you 100% seamless wireless connection.  

Domain Name System (DNS) is an internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses.  This article will help you configure the DNS Settings of your network.

NOTE:
 Steps and images may vary depending on the operating system of your mobile device.  In the examples below, an Android™ device is used.
 
Step 1:

Log in to the dashboard.  If you're using Android, click here for instructions.  For iOS users, click here.

Step 2:
Tap the Menu

Step 3:
Go to Advanced Settings then tap Local Network Settings.

Step 4:
Scroll down to the bottom until you see DNS Settings.

Step 5:
Select Manual to configure the settings.

NOTE:  By default, Auto is selected.

Step 6:
Enter your DNS Settings.

Step 7:
Once done, tap Save.
