Checking your Linksys Shield subscription
 
Step 1:
To check your current subscription, you must be logged in with your Linksys cloud account.  Open your Linksys app.  On the dashboard screen, go to My Account.  
 
Step 2:
Tap Linksys Shield Subscription.  You can check the following subscription information on the Subscription page:
  • Current Subscription Status
  • Subscription Type (monthly or yearly)
  • Payment Method type (iTunes® or Google Play™)
  • Where to Manage Subscription

Managing your Linksys Shield subscription
 
You manage your subscription through the Apple® App Store® or Google Play, depending on your device.
 
Step 1:
On your Linksys app, go to My Account and tap Linksys Shield Subscriptions.

Step 2:
Tap Manage Subscription to get directed to your iTunes or Google™ account.  Updating your payment or cancelling your subscription before the trial ends must be done through iTunes or Google Play
