Light behavior of the Linksys MR9600 and MR9610

User-added image

The Linksys MR9600 Max-Stream™ Dual-Band WiFi 6 Router and Linksys MR9610 Max-Stream™ AX6000 Dual-Band WiFi 6 Router have two front panel lights.  First is the Power light, which indicates the status of the router and its connection to the internet.  Second is the Wi-Fi Protected Setup™ (WPS) light, which provides information about WPS pairing activity (only lights up during WPS activity).  Take note that the WPS light only turns ON during WPS pairing.  The lights on the ethernet and internet ports at the back of these routers also describe device connectivity to each port.  The tables below show the corresponding activities and descriptions of the lights on the routers.

NOTE:  The Power, WPS, and USB lights will not be affected by the Activity Lights control in the router’s web-based setup page.
