Node keeps restarting

If your node is continuously restarting, it could be because it’s overheating.  Make sure it’s not in an enclosed space such as a cabinet or closet, or near other electronics that can produce heat.


Node light not working or turning ON

If your node is plugged in, the light should be ON.  To read more about the light behavior of a node, click
here.  If your node’s light is not turning ON, contact Linksys Support.

Node not turning ON
  • First, confirm that the power outlet is not the issue.  Plug your node into an outlet that’s confirmed to be working with another device.
  • Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the node is switched ON.
  • Confirm that the power cord is firmly snapped into place.

If your node is still not turning ON, contact Linksys Support.

Ethernet ports not working

If the ethernet cords are firmly snapped into place but your ethernet ports aren’t working, contact
Linksys Support.
