Connecting an Apple TV® to your network
Apple TV® lets you stream movies, sports, music and more in your TV from your network. Also, it lets you mirror the contents of your Mac® or iOS device.

An Apple TV set up and configured to your TV

Step 1:
Turn ON your TV and plug your Apple TV device to the power outlet.
Step 2:
On the Home screen, select Settings > Network.
NOTE: Apple TV cannot connect to networks that require additional or secondary login (e.g. captive networks).
Step 3:
Select the name of your Wi-Fi network and enter your password when prompted. If you don’t know the wireless password of your router, click here.
Turn ON your TV and plug your Apple TV device to the power outlet.
