Overview of the Linksys app dashboard for iOS mobile devices

The Linksys app dashboard is your router's homepage. You can log in to the Linksys app to see the internet connection status, the number of devices connected to the network, and other features to help you manage your home WiFi.

WiFi name and internet connection statusThe dashboard will display the node's WiFi name and the status of the internet connection whether it is online or offline.

Devices and Nodes / Router



 
This section displays the number of clients and nodes that are connected to your network. Tap on NODES to take you to the Network Administration section.

If the network status is online yet there is a red outline on the node, this means that a child node is offline. Tap on it to view more information.

The dashboard will also show you if your network is in bridge mode.

Internet Speed
 

Some routers have the Internet Speed feature on the dashboard. Simply tap Go then choose between Router to Internet or Device to Internet to check your internet speed. For some models, you can find the option in the menu.

Last Five Connections


 
The dashboard will also show the last five clients who have connected or are currently connected to the network along with their online/offline status, their signal strength, and the radio band they're connected to.

Linksys Aware

Linksys Aware is a motion-detecting feature that is available only for Linksys WHW03 models and is provided as a subscription service. To learn more, tap on it or tap on Linksys Aware in the menu. 

Once Linksys Aware is enabled, it will be visible on the dashboard.

Linksys Aware is being discontinued. Current subscribers can continue to use the service until July 31st, 2024. New subscriptions or renewals will no longer be available.

Linksys Shield

Linksys Shield is an advanced Parental Controls subscription service for Linksys WHW03 models only. To learn more, tap on it or tap on Parental Controls in the menu.

 

Linksys Shield is being discontinued. Current subscribers can continue to use the service until July 31st, 2024. New subscriptions or renewals will no longer be available.

Family TimeParental Controls has been renamed to Family Time on the latest models such as the Linksys MBE7000, Linksys MX6200, and Linksys LN1100.

By default, Family Time is turned OFF. Tap on it to schedule a pause on a device. Learn more
Parental Controls



 
Tap on Parental Controls to manage your kid's internet use. By default, this is disabled. Tap on this section to go to the Parental Controls settings.

The number of clients you configured will appear on the dashboard.

Parental Controls are not supported if your parent node is in bridge mode. Learn more
Guest Network

 
The Guest Network is disabled by default. Enable it to let your guests connect to your WiFi. Learn more

Share Wi-Fi
 

Tap on Share Wi-Fi to share your WiFi credentials via text, email, or save a copy on your phone.
