The Linksys WAP750AC AC750 Wireless Access Point is the latest AC-series access point that utilizes Cross-Band Technology. This maximizes simultaneous use of both bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for high speed data transfer and uninterrupted streaming and gaming. It receives a signal on one (1) frequency and transmits simultaneously on another channel for the purpose of full duplex communication. Now you can do a video conference and share files without interruption, even when the rest of your family is gaming and streaming videos. The Linksys WAP750AC offers the option to use it as a Wireless Range Extender or a Wired Access Point.

- Antenna positioning is done depending on the type of home you have.
IMPORTANT: The antennas are fixed and can ONLY rotate at 180 degrees. Do NOT force the antennas too far back, otherwise, they will break.
NOTE: For illustration purposes, the Linksys RE6300 is used in this example.

- For Single-story homes - Both antennas should be pointing down.
- For Multi-story homes - One (1) antenna is always down to provide coverage for the current floor and the 2nd antenna (any antenna) is positioned differently depending on where the Linksys WAP750AC is located and where the coverage is needed.
NOTE: For the most part, position one (1) antenna at 45 degrees as shown in Position A below. If there are issues with coverage, move the antenna about 50-55 degrees down as shown in Position B.
Position A can be used if the Linksys WAP750AC is in the middle of the house.
Position B can be used if the Linksys WAP750AC is connected to an outlet that is on a farther side of the home.
