How to change the DNS settings on a Linksys Smart WiFi router

Domain Name System (DNS) translates domain names into IP addresses.  This article will guide you on how to change the DNS settings on your Linksys Smart WiFi router.

NOTE:  Options may vary depending on your router's model number.

 
Step 1:
Access your Linksys cloud account.  For instructions, click here.

Step 2:
Click Connectivity.

Step 3:
Click the Local Network sub-tab.

Step 4:
Under DHCP Server, enter the valid Static DNS addresses in the given fields.

Step 5:
Click Apply then Ok.
