How to display and remove the tools on the LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage

You can easily manage your network settings and devices by displaying and removing your frequently used tools on the LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage. To do this, follow the steps below:

Displaying the tools


1. Log in to your Linksys cloud account through the LinksysSmartWiFi.com page.


2. In the Smart Wi-Fi Tools section of the LinksysSmartWiFi.com page, select the tool that you want to display on the homepage. In the example below, the Device List Tool is selected.

Device List is displayed as Network Map Tool among Linksys EA8500, EA9200, WRT1200AC, WRT1900AC, and WRT1900AC v2. External Storage is displayed as USB Storage among older firmware versions of Linksys Smart WiFi routers.

3. On the Device List window, check the box that says Show widget on the homepage and click Ok.

The Device List Tool will now be displayed on your LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage.

You may repeat steps 1-3 if you need to add more tools on the homepage. You can also drag and drop the tool to reposition them on your homepage.
  


Removing the tools


There are two ways to remove a tool from the LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage:


Option 1: Clicking on the x button.


1. On the LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage, look for the tool that you want to remove.


2. Click the x button on the top-right section of the tool.

Option 2: Unchecking the Show widget on the homepage option on the homepage option.


1. In the Smart Wi-Fi Tools section, click on the tool that you want to remove. In the example below, the Guest Access Tool is selected.

2. In the new window that appears, uncheck the box that says Show widget on the homepage and click Ok.

The tool will now be removed from the LinksysSmartWiFi.com homepage.
 

The Network Status and Linksys Home Networking Tools are displayed by default on the homepage. Removing them is not possible.
