How to log in to the Linksys Cognitive Mesh node through a web browser

This article will teach you how to log in to the network settings of your network using a web browser. You can log in via local access when you are at home and connected to your WiFi or use the LinksysSmartWiFi.com page for remote access.

 

This article applies to the following models:

 

    • Linksys MBE7000 series
    • Linksys MX6200 series
    • Linksys LN1100 series

Local access

 

1. Connect a computer to the WiFi name of your Linksys network.

 

2. Open a web browser and enter "www.myrouter.info" or "myrouter.info".

 

You can also log in using the default IP address of the router which is "https://192.168.1.1".

 

3. If you receive a browser error message, follow these steps to resolve this issue.

4. Some routers have a blocking page. If you get the following screen, click on the mobile image to bypass the blocking page.

5. In the Access Router section, enter your router’s password.

If you haven’t customized the password or you have forgotten the password, click on Reset password to recover it.

 

You should now have accessed the local web interface.

LinksysSmartWiFi.com

 

You can use this URL to connect to your router for remote and local access. This URL requires cloud services, and your network must be associated with a Linksys cloud account first before you can log in.

 

1. From a computer, open a web browser and enter "www.linksyssmartwifi.com".

 

2. Enter your Linksys cloud account email and password and click Sign In.

You have now logged in to your network. If you have more than one network, click on the WiFi name showing on the upper right-hand side and select another network.
