How to back up and restore the configuration file of the Linksys FGW3000-AH

The Backup and Restore feature of the Linksys FGW3000 5G WiFi 6 Router allows you to save your current router configuration settings and retrieve a previously backed-up configuration.

Backup Configuration

1. Open a web browser, enter "http://192.168.15.1/SUPERADMIN" or "https://192.168.15.1/SUPERADMIN" in the Address bar, and press [Enter].

2. Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD.

The default username of Linksys FGW3000-AH is Optimusadmin and then check the product label for the password which is unique for every router. It is recommended to change the default password after logging in.

3. On the left side of the dashboard, click Management > Software.

4. On the Configuration backup section, create a name for the file and click Save.

5. Enter the superadmin password again and click Apply to download the backup file. 
 
Restore Configuration

1. Open a web browser, enter "http://192.168.15.1/SUPERADMIN" or "https://192.168.15.1/SUPERADMIN" in the Address bar, and press [Enter].

3. On the left side of the dashboard, click Management > Software.

4. On the Configuration backup section, click Browse and locate the configuration file to be restored.

5. Click Restore.
