Accessing the Linksys FGW3000 dashboard using a desktop browser

This article will guide you on how to access the dashboard of the Linksys FGW3000 5G WiFi 6 Router.

Before you begin:

  • Make sure your computer is connected to the WiFi name of the router or connected at the back of the router using an ethernet cable.
  • The default WiFi names of the router are Linksysxxxxx for 2.4 GHz and Linksysxxxxx_5GHz for 5 GHz, where xxxxx is the last five characters of the serial number.
  • The default WiFi password is located on the product label of the router and labeled as Key.

Step 1:
Open a web browser and enter the default IP address “https://192.168.15.1” in the Address bar.

Step 2:
Enter the default credentials on the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields then click Apply to proceed.

NOTE:  For Linksys FGW3000-HK, the default username and password is admin.  For Linksys FGW3000-AH, the default username is admin while the password can be found on the product label and is unique for every router.

Step 3:
If the system is using the default admin password, you will be prompted to change the password.  Enter your New Password, enter it again to confirm, and click Apply.

Step 4:
If the router is on defaults, you will be prompted to customize your WiFi network name.  Enter a Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password and click Apply.

IMPORTANT:  Check the status of your internet connection.  If no connection is detected, make sure your SIM card is inserted.

You should now have successfully accessed the dashboard of the router.  For more information on the Linksys FGW3000 dashboard, click here.
