IP address: 192.168.15.1 (located on the product label)

Default username: user

Default WiFi password: located on the product label at the bottom of the device labeled as Key

TROUBLESHOOTING
How do I reset the Linksys FGW5500 to factory defaults? You can hold down the reset button located on the bottom of the router for about 5 seconds. You can also log into the router’s web interface, go to Management > Configuration > Restore Factory Settings and click on Yes once the warning message appears.

You will see all three lights in a blue chasing pattern during the reset process. Wait until the lights have stopped before setting it up again.

Can I connect my router to an upstream connection such as another upstream router or network without a SIM card? No. To get an internet connection, you must use a SIM card. The LAN ports are for connecting client devices such as computers or laptops.
