PIN Management

To add PIN Protection, click Enable, enter your PIN Code, and click Apply.

Configuration

In this section, you can
reset your router to factory defaults, or you can back up or restore your configuration settings.

Device Settings

On this page, you can configure the following:
 
  • Password – Allows you to change the router password. The minimum length of a password is 10 characters and it should meet all of the following complexity rules:
 
  • At least one uppercase character (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase character (a-z)
  • At least one digit (0-9)
  • At least one special character (punctuation and/or space)
  • The password shall not have consecutive identical characters.
  • Values used in the login ID and password shall not be the same
 
  • Timeout / Refresh Settings – Allows you to change the session timeout.
 
  • Management Session Timeout - Automatic logout after the specified period. (Range: 0-10 minutes; 0 means never expired)
  • GUI Refresh Time - When users press the auto button on any page, the page refreshes at every designated time. (Range: 5-60 seconds)
 
  • Device Time Settings – Allows you to enable the Network Time Protocol (NTP) server for system time synchronization.
 
  • Enable NTP - Enables the NTP server for system time synchronization.
  • Current Local Time - Displays the device's current date and time.
  • Primary/Secondary NTP Server - Select an NTP server from the drop-down menu.
  • Time Zone - Universal Time ‎Coordinated (UTC)‎ time zone selection.

Software

The router supports automatic firmware updates. It also supports
manual firmware updates, if needed.

To check if your router is on the latest firmware, click on
Check New Version.

Diagnostics

For troubleshooting purposes, the router has diagnostic tools and a speed test feature.

Use system diagnostic tools to set up parameters such as Diagnostics Type, Protocol Type, Ping Count, Packet Size, and Ping Timeout, and get the results afterward.

Select either Ping or Traceroute, configure the required settings, and click Run to check the network connectivity.
Ping
  • IP Address/Domain Name - Enter the destination to check the router's connectivity by IP address for IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Ping Count - Set up how many ping packets you want to test.
  • Ping Packet Size - Set up the size of the ping packet you want to test.
  • WAN / APN Interface - Set up which WAN interface you want to test.

Traceroute
  • IP Address/Domain Name - Enter the destination to check the router's connectivity using the domain name for IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Traceroute-TTL - This is used to "trace the route" of an IP packet across one or more networks.
  • Enter a range of 1-30.
  • Click Run to start the testing.
  • Click Stop to end the testing.
  • Click Clear to erase the results.

Speed Test
  • The Speed Test tool allows you to check the current upload and download speed of your internet connection.
  • Click on the Go button to begin testing.
