Rated 1 out of 5 by from Such a disappointment What happened to Linksys?! I’m a long time customer, since the gen 1 Velop… finally had to replace my failing unit and was bounced around from specialist to specialist. Finally place my order, “free 2 day shipping for my inconvenience” still took a week to deliver. From there, setup was a disaster. Daily reboots, 3 hours a day the first week spent on the phone with “support”. Promised senior techs would contact me… nothing. Email after email asking for my feedback… well here you go. This sad example of customer appreciation and extreme lack of dedication to resolve an issue led to you forever losing a loyal customer. Everything Linksys has been removed and replaced. Thanks for nothing Linksys. You are fired.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Installation not easy The product was not easy to install. We spent over one hour on the phone with technical support to download a firmware upgrade before the mesh would recognize our Soectrum modem. Once up and running, I had to relocate one mesh for a security camera as the signal was too weak for the camera. I was told the two mesh pack should handle up to 5000+ sq feet. We are struggling with 3200.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast speeds and easy setup! Setup was simple and easy. Getting my full bandwidth throughout the house.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from MX5502 setup issues The LinkSys app (which is sooo promoted) is useless in a more business-oriented network needing static IP address assignment. No way of doing that using the app setup. I did the setup using the Web UI, that works. So in general happy with that, the network works fine. Trying to then use the LinkSys app (on the iPad) and importing an existing network fails completely. So a -1 star for the ipad LinkSys app and the cloud concept. 4 stars for the velop routers themselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect solution These nodes solved both our problems with our old wifi (Apple Airport)--bad reception in certain areas of the house, and speed. Everything works as you'd want it to now on all devices.

Can the Atlas Pro 6 be integrated into a Linksys Tri-Band WiFi 5 WHW0303 system of nodes?

Asked by: cotomike
Hi, cotomike. You can definitely add the Linksys MX5502 to your existing WHW0303 devices, as our Linksys mesh products supports and compatible to work with each other.

How do I set the mode to 2.4Ghz only? I have a light bulb security camera that will only operate at 2.4Ghz.

Asked by: uclaengg
Hi. Do you mean to say that you want to disable the 5Ghz network band? If so, you can do that by accessing your mesh router setting through the web user interface. Once you’re on the dashboard, click on the CA link at the bottom of the page right-side corner. Go to Wi-Fi Settings and turn ON/OFF the network band.
