How to cancel your Linksys Shield subscription

Linksys Shield is being discontinued. Current  subscribers can continue to use the service until July 31st 2024. New subscriptions or renewals will no longer be available.

You can cancel your Linksys Shield subscription by going to iTunes® (for iOS users) or Google Play™ (for Android™ users). Click on the links below to learn more.
 
IMPORTANT: Be sure to cancel more than 24 hours before the renewal time.
 
On iOS devices
On Android devices

 

On iOS devices

 

1. On your Home screen, tap User-added image.
 

2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store.

3. Tap on your Apple ID.

4. Tap View Apple ID.

If you see a prompt, enter the required credentials then tap Sign In to proceed.

5. Tap Subscriptions.

6. Tap the Linksys Shield app.

7. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You have now successfully cancelled your Linksys Shield subscription using your iOS device.
 

On Android devices

 

1. On your Android device, tap the Google Play User-added image icon.
 
2. On the Google Play home screen, tap the main menu User-added image icon in the upper left.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Tap the Linksys Shield app.

5. Tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

If you see the What’s making you cancel? screen, choose an answer and tap CONTINUE.

6. Tap the User-added image button.

 
You have now successfully cancelled your Linksys Shield subscription using your Android device.
