Linksys Aware dashboard status

This article will help you understand the different status of Linksys Aware from the Linksys app dashboard.




Linksys Aware is enabled and working.

Linksys Aware has been turned OFF.  If you need to enable it, go to Settings in Linksys Aware and toggle the switch to the ON position.


Motion sensing is working but there are some issues such as some devices being offline.

Go to Linksys Aware and check your managed devices for any error messages.  Click

Motion sensing has stopped working.

Some possible reasons why motion sensing has stopped include:

  • The parent node goes offline (internet goes down, power outage, etc.)
  • The cloud server is down
  • You are still subscribed to Linksys Aware but there are no devices acting as motion sensing devices or other child nodes

Go to Linksys Aware to view any error messages or alerts.
