What do the LEDs (lights) on my Linksys EA9400 and EA9500 mean

The Linksys EA9400 and EA9500 are Smart Wi-Fi Routers with Tri-Band technology.  These routers allow a faster and a more productive wireless connectivity through blazing connection speeds, and stability to every device on your Wi-Fi network with their eight (8) Gigabit Ethernet ports.

This article will show you the behavior and meaning of the routers' Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs).

Disabling Activity Lights
(via the Web Interface - optional)
 OFFThe following LEDs will turn OFF when you disable the Activity Lights:
 
• Ethernet/Internet LEDs (back)
• White bar-share LEDs except
when there is an error

• Blue pair LEDs except when
there is an error (front)
• The following LEDs will not be affected when Activity Lights are OFF (Linksys logo, Wi-Fi enable/disable button LED, WPS button LED, USB LEDs)
