How to check and manage your Linksys Shield subscription

Linksys Shield is being discontinued. Current  subscribers can continue to use the service until July 31st 2024. New subscriptions or renewals will no longer be available.

Checking your Linksys Shield subscription
 

1. To check your current subscription, open your Linksys app and log in with your Linksys cloud account. On the dashboard screen, tap on the menu icon and then go to Account.

2. Under Subscriptions, tap on Shield and you can check the following subscription information:

 

  • Current Subscription Status
  • Subscription Type
  • Payment Method type (iTunes® or Google Play™)
  • Where to Manage Subscription

The table below lists the different views you will see on the Account page depending on your Linksys Shield subscription status.

Managing your Linksys Shield subscription
 
You can manage your subscription through the Apple® App Store® or Google Play, depending on your device.
 

1. On your Linksys app, go to Account, and under Subscriptions, tap on Shield.

2. Tap Manage Subscription to get directed to your iTunes or Google™ account. Updating your payment or canceling your subscription before the trial ends must be done through iTunes or Google Play.
