Getting to know the Linksys EA7300 Max-Stream™ AC1750 Gigabit Wi-Fi Router

The Linksys EA7300 Max-Streamâ„¢ AC1750 Gigabit Wi-Fi Router is a dual-band smart WiFi router with one USB 3.0 port. This router comes with three external non-detachable dipole antennas for enhanced dual-band communication and network efficacy. It lets you stream in 4K, surf, video chat, and play online without buffering at the same time.

  • USB 3.0 port – Connect your hard disks or flash drive into this port. It supports FAT, FAT32, NTFS and HFS+ journaled and non-journaled file systems.
  • WPS button – If you have client devices (e.g., wireless printers) that support WPS, you can press this button to automatically configure the security for your Wi-Fi. To know how to connect devices using WPS in your Linksys cloud account, click here.
  • Reset button – This allows you to reset the router to its factory defaults. Press and hold this button for approximately 10 seconds.
  • Internet port – Using an ethernet cable, this port connects the router to your internet connection, which is typically a cable or digital subscriber line (DSL) modem.
  • Ethernet / LAN 1 ~ 4 ports – These ports connect the router to computers and other devices through ethernet cables.
  • Power port – This port connects to the power adapter of your router. The output voltage for the Linksys EA7300 v1 is at 12 V, 2.5 A while the Linksys EA7300 v2 is at 12 V, 2 A.
  • Power switch – This turns the router ON or OFF.
