c.  Behave as Wireless SSID - This option shows that when you connect a client device into Ethernet 2 or Ethernet 3, that client device will inherit the VLAN ID of the SSID you selected in the Wireless SSID dropdown field.

NOTES:

  • The Wireless SSID becomes available when you select this option.

  • It is highly suggested to configure your SSID with a VLAN ID.  Otherwise, wired clients can have access to your entire network.  If you do not use any VLAN settings in your network, you can also just to disable the ethernet ports instead.
PoE out
The PoE out option allows the Ethernet 2 port of your access point to supply power to a connected device.  This option is disabled by default.  When the PoE Out port is disabled this means that the Ethernet 2 port on the access point can be used as a regular LAN port but without PoE capabilities.

In order to provide power to the PoE client, you will need to power on the access point with an 802.3at PoE+ connection (on port Ethernet 1 located on the back) in order for this option to work.  Powering the access point with a standard 802.3af PoE connection or a 12V/1A power adapter will not provide sufficient power to enable this port.

here.
