Linksys Business Access Points supported Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) types

Having passed the Wi-Fi Allianceâ„¢ test, all Linksys Business Access Points (LAPN300, LAPN600, LAPAC1200, LAPAC1750, LAPAC1750PRO, and LAPAC2600) support the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) when WPAâ„¢ or WPA2â„¢ Enterprise is used.
 
Supported EAP types are as follows:
  • EAP-Transport Layer Security (TLS)
  • EAP-Tunnelled Transport Layer Security (TTLS)
  • EAP-Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol v1 (PEAPv1)
  • EAP-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM)
  • EAP-Flexible Authentication via Secure Tunneling (FAST)
  • EAP-Authentication and Key Agreement (AKA)
