How to locate the MAC address of the Linksys WAPT1200AC for MAC Filtering configuration

If MAC Filtering is configured on the main wireless router, you need to add the MAC address of the Linksys WAPT1200AC AC1200 Wi-Fi Access Point to the list.  This is to allow or prevent the Linksys WAPT1200AC from connecting to your wireless network. 
 
This article will help you locate the MAC address of the Linksys WAPT1200AC for MAC Filtering configuration.  
 
Step 1:
Access your Linksys WAPT1200AC’s web-based setup page.  To know how, click here.
 
Step 2:
Under the Status category, click WLAN Statistics.

Step 3:
On the WLAN Statistics page, use the MAC addresses in the Seen by Upstream AP when in Range Extender mode.

NOTE:  When the Linksys WAPT1200AC is in Access Point mode, there is no display for this field as it’s not needed since the device is wired into the network.
 
Step 4:
