ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING
After I set up my router with the Linksys app, there are nodes in “Connecting” status in the Networking Administration section of the app. How do I check if they are connected to the parent node? After you have finished setting up your parent and child nodes through the Linksys app, the child nodes will need a few minutes to connect. Once the child nodes are connected to the network, they will have a solid white light. The app will also update each node's status after the connection is made.
I’m trying to add more routers to my network, but they are not being detected. What can I do to add them?To set up your routers as child nodes, make sure that they are near the parent node (router connected to your modem), within 10 ft of distance. If possible, put them in the same room as the parent node. Once they have been added, you can move them to other locations as needed.
How do I reset the router?

To reset the router, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. The light on the front of the router will flash bright red, then it will dim out in three pulses, followed by one last bright red flash. Once you see the longer red flash, release the reset button, and wait for the router to boot up.

How do I access my router's dashboard? You can access the dashboard through the Linksys app on a mobile device or the router's web browser on a computer.
I have connected a USB drive to a router that is in child mode and the app is not detecting it. What should I do?If you are using another router that supports a USB drive, you must connect the drive to the router that is in parent mode. The External Storage feature is only supported when the router is in parent mode. It is not supported when the router is in child mode.
Does this support IPv6 RD for its internet connection?Yes. It supports IPv6 RD and 6to4 tunneling.
