Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had several issues Followed instructions to set up the router and the speeds were greatly impaired. Tech support was very helpful and had to reload new software. All in all took about 2 and half hours to fix. Still having a issue when both ISP are connected, cannot access webmail. Unplug one and it works, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a dual WAN router.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Update to prior review - Excellent Product This is an update to a prior review as there does not seem to be a way to revise. I was having problems with the need to reboot the router. After working with Linksys support we were able to resolve the issues and now everything is working great. The slowness I was experiencing is gone and I would definitely recommend. Also kudos to the support team for being proactive in getting right on this issue and following through consistently. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT COMPANY!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs daily rebooting to maintain speed Have had this a week now. Setup was easy and the interface is well designed. The problem I'm having is that everything works fine for a day or so then the router seems to get bogged down. You can see this in the web interface which goes very slowly, as well as slowdown in network throughput. Running a speedtest will normally show 100+ Mpbs. But when the router slows down it will only got to 10 Mpbs. After rebooting the system, the throughput and web interface speeds both return to normal - so this seems like a software glitch. I upgraded to the latest firmware version v1.0.6.04 but this didn't solve the problem. I have a wired network so it is not a wireless issue. In addition to that issue, load balancing does not seem to work that well, as applications will hang or slow down for no apparent reason when load balancing is turned on. I didn't really need this feature so I set it to failover mode instead of load balancing. Failover works fine. If you don't mind rebooting once every day or two, this is a good product. But I cannot recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for dual wan networks In our dual wan network it works really well, providing more bandwidth both downstream and upstream. A bit complex to configure but overall a very good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setup is a Breeze Device is simple and straightforward to use. Router includes second WAN port for internet failover if needed. Initial configuration was quick and easy to setup, device is zippy and responsive. Firewall access rule creation was simple and did not require wizard. Device includes multiple VPN configurations including EasyLink VPN, OpenVPN, site-to-site VPN, and client-to-gateway VPN, and PPTP.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Big miss in config This is an excellent product, but it has a big flaw in design. I bought this since I have dual wan in my setup, loadbalancing is prio one at that is excellent. The second most important feature since I have two external (white IP-addresses) is to be able to have two separate servers on inside (black IP's). But that is not an option in this model (lates FW feb-16 atleast). All port forwards or port translations is same on both WAN-ports. If i forward port 80 it will redirect to same black IP regardless which white IP is accessed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from RADIUS missing For simple remoute access looks very fine. But In my opinion in VPN server is missing possibility: 1. Disable user account. I must delete account when I need denny temporary remote access. 2. Not possibble to user radiu server. It is nace to have possibility autoryze access by RADIUS server.
