Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works without any problems I have only had the router for a month but it has worked flawlessly. The CD install would not work for me becuase I did not have a wireless adapter on my desktop PC. However, the Support staff were great and walked me through a manual installation with extreme patience on their part. They even helped determine that I had a problem with the Ethernet port on my cable modem which was causing an additional problem. After swapping out my cable modem, I called support back and they walked me through the rest of the install. I am now supporting an older (2006) Dell Desktop PC, 2 Samsung Galaxy Exhilirate Smartphones, a Kindle Fire and an iPad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy Setup And Works Great I bought the Linksys EA3500 (N750) wireless router yesterday and I am thrilled with the ease of setup. I am replacing another make of router and the Linksys that I have replaced it with is 100x better than what I had. The biggest concern I had was the ease of setup that I needed with my new router and the Linksys EA3500 crushed the competitors in this category. I had my laptop, wireless desktop, wireless network printer and my PS3 set up in minutes. The instruction disc was easy to use and understand and gave the exact results I was looking for. I am so happy that I chose the Linksys make. All my computers and PS3 stream with ease and there is no buffering or delay in streaming. I certainly made the right choice with the Linksys router.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up, works flawlessly. This is a review of a factory recertified Lynksys EA3500 DB router. It was a replacement for Netgear and before that Belkin DB routers in a house full of Macs running OS Yosemite. This has been the easiest to set up router I have ever purchased. It also broadcasts a strong signal to places in the house that other routers have not been able to reach. In addition, our previous routers have intermittently stopped working and needed to be restarted, but so far connectivity has not been a problem with this Linksys at all. I'm very satisfied with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! I finally broke down and purchased a wireless router for my house, now that I have enough smart items that requires it. The only brand I considered is Linksys, because of their reputation and also raves from other family members that have a Linksys router. I chose the EA3500 SMART WiFi Wireless router because it best fit what I was looking for. So Far I am very pleased with the router and would recommend it to anybody looking to either upgrade or start a home network.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st time router user I always was negative about routers. I like to stream videos and play games, and ways always warned in the gaming community to never use a router. But to my surprise you can hard wire still and then still have WiFi. I still get my megs up and down, and it doesn't have a big effect on my gaming when someone is using WiFi. It was so easy to hook up, I have computer knowledge but even if I didn't it was a breeze. I recommend this unit, and have great compliments on Linksys and there software. I use it with a magicjack, laptop, and cells.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Router at a great price I bought this router and since getting it i have had nothing but good things happening with it. THe setup of the router was similar to the WRT54G and E1000 routers and was just as easy to set up. The 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz provide stable connections for all my "toys" from cell phones, to computers, to gaming systems. The router has provided great speeds via Wi-fi or wired making more transfer in network quickly. The in router speed test saves some time to check the router speeds. The only real issue i had was trying to find my way around the router itself when setting it up, it can be a little bit confusing however it gets easy after playing around with it. The refurb unit has been absolutely worth it and is a vast improvement over and other routers I have been using in the last several years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lousy customer service The unit itself is adequate; small but sufficiently powerful. Where this product fails spectacularly is in its manufacturer's customer service. The customer service website will not recognize the most recent version of Windows Explorer. Therefore I have to download a browser that I will likely never use again. This, of course, brings a host of possible problems with my security program, etc. It is impossible to actually contact a human being for help. As soon as I can allocate the funds I am going to give this product away and purchase a Netgear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Functional operation but no parental controls Unit operates as expected but does not allow for any kind of parental controls. The update to the new browser based WI-Fi control completely screwed up the parental controls to the point they don't work. None of the solutions in the FAQ's and forums work, despite the apparent solutions offered. If this feature, which is pretty important, cannot be made to function, this brings into question the reliability of the device as well as the security of the wireless function overall. Time to buy a different brand of router. One that has operational parental controls.
